• Press the
button to turn OFF the
feeder / folding feeder.
• Press the
button on the inserter.
• Turn OFF the power switch on the inserter
machine.
The system is now completely shut down.
4.3
Reload paper
4.3.1 Continuous-feed paper
The system stops. The message PAPER ???
appears in the lower display of the automatic
cutter control panel. The last cut page
remains in the cutter.
• Press the
button on the cutter control
panel – the last page will be transported to
the conveyor.
• Check that the last set is complete and
correct.
Caution!
If the last document set is not
complete, remove and finish it by hand to
avoid inserting errors.
• Press the black button on the hand-held
conveyor control repeatedly until the set
reaches the inserter and is inserted into an
envelope.
