Other Convenient Functions

With Reset call cost set to "ON", the call cost is immediately
reset when a date and time in the next or subsequent
month are set in Date & time.
･
With Reset call cost set to "ON", PIN2 code is required when
turning the power ON or authentication is required when
performing Date & time.
･
With Reset call cost set to "ON", the settings are canceled
when FOMA terminal is turned ON with different UIM
inserted from one used when making the settings.
◆ Notifying call cost upper limit <Call
cost limit>
When Total calls cost has exceeded the set limit, it is
notified with an alarm and/or icon display, etc.

Alert : Set if you notify that the upper limit has been
exceeded.
Limit : Enter the upper limit cost in the range of 10
yen-100,000 yen omitting the one's place.
Alert method : Set to use both an alarm and icon or
only an icon for notification.
Alert sound : Select a sound to be notified.
Alert time : Set the period of time to sound the alarm
in the range of 1-60 seconds.

When the call cost has exceeded the limit

When the set limit cost is exceeded during a call or
communications, appears at the top of the display.
･
When the stand-by display reappears after completion
of a call or communications exceeding the set limit cost
with "Sound + icon display" set for Alert method, an
alarm sounds and message "Call cost reached limit."
appears on the display. However, the alarm does not
sound when FOMA terminal is being folded during call
or communications or when the call is terminated with
FOMA terminal folded.

The alarm depends on the Call alert volume of Adjust
volume.

INFORMATION

Even with "Sound + icon display" set for Alert method, the
alarm does not sound or no messages appear when a call
exceeding the call cost limit is made at 0:00 on the first day
of the month with Reset call cost set to "ON".

INFORMATION

An error is generated and "E" appears when the integral
part of the calculation result exceeds 8 digits or a divide-by-
zero occurs. When the number including a decimal point
exceeds 8 digits, any decimals that do not fit in the display
are rounded off.
