Mail
◆ Creating and sending chat mail
･
When sending chat mail, all registered members are set
as receivers. Members can be selected on the send
screen. All members are selected at the end of Chat
mail or when the member information has been
changed.
･
The sent chat mail is saved in a folder of Outbox.

Press "Yes" when a confirmation screen for
adding member appears asking if you add
members.

If sending of chat mail failed or chat mail was not sent, it is
saved in "Unsent" folder of Unsent messages. In "Unsent"
folder, only one chat mail item can be saved. If sending fails
again, the chat mail saved in "Unsent" folder is overwritten.
And, the chat mail saved in "Unsent" folder is displayed in
the message text field when Chat mail has started. To
resend chat mail, send from the chat mail screen.

When Chat mail has not been started
When chat mail or mail with a title containing "
チャット
メール (Chat mail)" is received, it is saved in a folder of
Inbox.

When chat mail is received from a party registered as a
member, starting Chat mail reads the chat mail
automatically to the chat mail screen.
･
When receiving from a party not registered as a
member, register that party as a member in the steps
below to read the chat mail to the chat mail screen.

And, you can operate sent mail with "

mail)" contained in the title in the same way.

Deco-mail or HTML mail received from PC, etc. cannot be
read into the chat mail screen.

When Chat mail has been started
When you receive a chat mail or mail with a title
containing "
チャットメール
(Chat mail)" from the party
registered as a member, a confirmation screen informing
the log is updated appears, and the mail is read into the
chat mail.

When the FOMA terminal is open, even if you receive
chat mail, mail or MessageR/F, ring alert or vibrator
does not operate.
･
When you receive from a party not registered as a
member, the mail is saved in a folder of Inbox.
Follow the operations in "When Chat mail has not been
started" to read the mail into the chat mail screen. →

When receiving chat mail stored in i-mode
Center
You can make inquiry for any chat mail delivered while
you were out of service area, the power was turned off or
other cases. At this time, if the i-mode Center stores i-
mode mail, it is received at the same time.
