Door Assembly Interior
1. Remove the Door Assembly lid.
2. Inside the Door Assembly, back out the
draw bracket thumbscrew enough so that
the lift bracket is free. Move the lift bracket
out from behind the freezer’s draw bracket.
NOTE:
THE THUMB SCREW IS MEANT TO
STAY ON THE DRAW BRACKET.
3. Remove locking pin and open the Door
Assembly.
4. Brush and clean the draw spout and freezer
panel behind the spout with warm detergent
water. Rinse with warm water and a single
service towel.
5. Spray sanitizer solution onto the draw
spout. Allow the spout to sanitize for at
least one minute.
6. Use a single service towel moistened with
warm detergent water to clean the metal
drip shield.
7. Use a single service towel moistened with
sanitizer solution to sanitize the spout metal
drip shield. Allow the metal drip shield to
sanitize for at least one minute.
NOTE:
DO NOT USE AN EXCESSIVE
AMOUNT OF DETERGENT WATER OR
SANITIZER IN CLEANING THE SPOUT
METAL DRIP SHIELD OR OTHER
COMPONENTS INSIDE THE DOOR
