8. Use the 3 self-tap screws provided to
secure the rail to the freezer panel.
9. Follow Steps 3-5 of the Right Side Rail
Installation to lay the tubes and cables into
the rail, install the rail cover, attach the
protective strip, and connect the syrup tubes
to the Door Assembly.
Aligning and Adjusting the Cup Holder
The Door Assembly’s cup holder is designed for
removal and cleaning on a daily basis. Upon
initial installation, the cup holder and supporting
bracket need to adjusted and secured so that
the cup holder lines up directly under the
freezer spout and the syrup holes of the Door
Assembly.
NOTE:
A 3/8” NUT DRIVER IS
RECOMMENDED FOR THIS INSTALLATION.
1. With the Door Assembly open, hang the cup
holder onto the weight sensor bracket as
shown.
2. Loosen the two nuts at the back of the cup
holder to adjust it from side to side. Loosen
the two nuts on top of the weight sensor
AND loosen the screws under the sensor to
adjust the cup holder forward and
backward.
3. Position the cup holder so that the opening
is centered and surrounds the spout
opening as well as all of the syrup holes.
Ensure all these areas are within the
circular opening.
4. Once the cup holder is aligned, tighten the
cup holder nuts as well as the weight sensor
bracket’s nuts and screws. With the
alignment secured, the cup holder can be
lifted and removed from the weight sensor
bracket for daily cleaning without needing to
be aligned again.
