8.1.1
Documenting the Block Result With a Printer
Corresponding to the settings in Service menu/Print/Block result (
10.5.3 ‘Block Result’, beginning on Page 162), pressing
BLOCK-RES
al-
lows for the block result of the current block to be printed with date and time
stamp “automatically” or “on request” if a printer is connected and pow-
ered up.
If there are no readings in the current block, pressing
BLOCK-RES
will not
result in a printout of the block result, instead the block result of the last
closed block will be displayed.
When making measurements with a fixed block size, a printout of the re-
spective block result occurs automatically upon the closing of a block if a
printer is connected and powered up.
Corresponding to the settings of the block result mode made in Service func-
tions/Evaluation (
10.8 ‘Storage Mode’, beginning on Page 184), ei-
ther the “short” (
Fig. 8-2) version will be print-
ed.

If outlier rejection is enabled, recognized outlier measurements are
not included in the evaluation.
