8.2.4 Damper Opens and Never Closes
Use Service Test
121 to close the
damper.
Does the
damper move to
the closed
position?
Does the
damper
close?
Measure voltage
from pin 4 and pin
9 on J3.
Check continuity
of FZ liner harness
and HV PCB
harness. Replace
as necessary.
Use Service Test
121 to open the
damper.
Replace damper.
Exit service mode
and observe the
damper.
Is damper
wired
correctly?
Yes
No
Do you
read line
voltage?
Replace HV box
assembly

Done.
