4. Remove the impeller from the shaft by
means of multi grip pliers..
5. Mark the impeller, to make sure that it
is in the correct position when re-instal-
lation is carried out.

6. Check the impeller for damage and
replace it if necessary.
7. The impeller should have been lubrica-
ted with glycerine or with a non-mineral
oil based lubricated e.g. silicone spray,
before re-insertion into the housing.
Attention: This is very important,
because the impeller can quickly be
damaged.

8. Attach the impeller to the pump shaft (if
the old impeller is re-used, initially
check the marking).
9. Fastening the cover and use a new
seal.
