1. Proper use and application
1.1. Application
The delivery table LM-03 is intended for lying and sitting, for patients at all the stages of labour. This
table comes equipped with the permanent and extended lying surfaces. The lying surface height, and
angles of the backrest and seat sections, Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg, are electrically
adjusted.
1.2. General requirements
The device is intended for indoor use. Required climatic conditions: temperature from +10 to +40°C,
permissible ambient temperature fluctuation within 8 h: below 20°C, relative air humidity: from 30 to
80%, atmospheric pressure: from 700 to 1060 hPa. The device should be used, operated and
maintained acc. to the principles specified in this manual.
NOTE!
Using, operating and servicing of the device in contravention of this instruction
manual is prohibited and may lead to damage, sustained by the user, for which the
manufacturer assumes no liability.
Mounting and installing any equipment that is different from that offered by the
manufacturer is permitted only on the basis of the manufacturer's written consent.
1.3. User responsibilities
The user – any entity holding an object as an owner, tenant, pledgee, lessee or any entity having a
different right to the object, further – any entity using the device himself or on behalf of whom the
device is used.
The user is obliged to ensure that the device is operated in compliance with its intended purpose and
that it is operated under appropriate conditions, in a manner pursuant to this instruction manual. The
user is obliged to take all necessary measures to ensure safe operation of the device and to reduce all
safety threats to life and health of both user and patient, as well as third parties. Any device operation
is permitted only if by authorised persons, suitably trained and acquainted with this instruction manual.
The user must ensure that all device operators read, understand and observe this instruction manual.
