Delivery table identification
In case of any questions pertaining to the table and orders of spare parts, please provide the serial
number, which can be found on the identification plate and in the warranty card.
The identification plate is located on the lower side of the backrest section.

Identification plate
Description of the respective identification plate areas:
1 – Logo, symbol "manufacturer", production date, manufacturer name and address,
2 – Device symbol
3 – General marking
CE marking
"Warning! - Follow the instructions for safe use ".,
Note! – in the course of the device disposal, observe the act on worn electrical
and electronic equipment,
4 – Serial number of the device, together with the number of an unusual order (if applicable),
5 – Device index,
6 – Work type,
7 – Power supply parameters,
8 – Additional marking:
IP-X4
Level of protection against the impact of the environment,
Application part, type B,
Class of protection against electric shock – II.
