remove the equipment from the package, 

-

 

remove the caster locking elements, 

-

 

release the central caster locking device, 

-

 

with the help of another person, slowly and carefully remove the table off the pallet, subsequently 
– lock the casters, 

 

 

NOTE! 

While rolling the table, do not hold the plastic covers of the base nor lying surface 
frame, because it may damage the covers. 

-

 

verify the equipment completeness acc. to the attached documentation, 

-

 

place the device in the target  location,  which meets the requirements specified in this instruction 
manual (pt. 1.2 General requirements, 1.8 Electromagnetic compatibility), 

-

 

check whether the central caster locking device works, 

-

 

connect it to the mains, 

 

NOTE! 

First, connect the power cord to the delivery table, subsequently – to the mains. 

-

 

check  whether  the  electronic  table  control  system  works,  performing  all  the  functional  table 
movements  by  use  of  all  the  available  control  elements:  foot  controller  and  side  panels. 
Furthermore,  check  whether  the  locking  devices  of  the  functional  movements  work,  using  the 
central  control  panel.  Check  whether  the  mechanical  system  for  the  Trendelenburg  angle 
adjustment works. All the activities to be performed acc. to the description in pt. 3 Operation.  

During  all  the  verification  activities  described  in  this  subpoint,  the  table  mechanisms  should  work 
quietly  and  smoothly,  without  jamming,  squeaking,  etc.  Bed  mechanisms  and  electric  servo-motors 
produce noise which does not exceed 65dB(A) at the distance of 1 m from the bed 
 

 

NOTE! 

Assuming  that  the  device  is  not  entirely  functional,  that  is  when  the  achieved 
parameters  diverge  from  the  description  contained  herein,  do  not  operate  it. 
Consult  with  the  manufacturer/supplier  (dealer).  Using  the  defective  device  may 
lead  to  damage,  sustained  by  the  user,  for  which  the  manufacturer  assumes  no 
liability.
