Lying surface angular position adjustment

The lying surface angular position (Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg) of the delivery table is
adjusted by an electric actuator. The lying surface stops automatically on reaching the extreme angles.

Control method:

central control panel – (fig. 1, item 8c),

control panel in the side rail (fig. 1, item 8d)

  wired controller (fig.1, item 8e)

foot control pedal (option) (fig. 1, item 8f)

The buttons for the lying surface angular position adjustment and knob for

Angular  couch  position  can  be  changed  only  by  medical  personnel.  The
Trendelenburg position is a rescue position.

NOTE!

Do not lay any objects on the plastic base  cover, since it might damage: the base
cover, lying surface elements, and angular position adjustment function of the lying
surface  –  Trendelenburg,  when  you  lower  the  lying  surface  to  the  min.  height  or
during the Trendelenburg position, marking compliant with pt. 8.2.

3.6.

Autocontour function

The  autocontour  function  enables  the  angular  position  adjustment  for  both  backrest  and  thigh
sections, simultaneously. The actuator's movement is activated only when the button is pressed. After
its release, the movement stops. The sections stop automatically on reaching the extreme angles.

The buttons for the control of the autocontour function on the control system
elements are marked with the symbol:

NOTE!

Exercise  caution  while  activating  this  function.  The  movement  of  the  thigh  and
backrest  sections  (caused  by  actuators)  may  result  in  clipping  your  fingers  or
hand.  Do  not  press  your  hand  against  the  table  elements  near  the  moving
elements of the structure.

If  there  is  a  risk  that  the  patient's  condition  might  lead  to  trapping  the  patient,
then the lying surface sections should remain levelled, in the absence of medical
supervision (except when the patient's condition does not allow it).
