The mattresses are made of polyurethane foam encased in waterproof fabric. The mattresses can be
encased in eco-leather/artificial leather or vapour-permeable fabric.
The mattresses encased in eco-leather/artificial leather should be cleaned and disinfected acc. to
the information provided in annex 2 to this instruction manual.
The mattresses encased in vapour-permeable fabric:
•
should be cleaned and disinfected acc. to the information provided in annex 2 to this instruction
manual,
•
should be washed acc. to the information provided in annex 4 to this instruction manual,
•
may be disinfected in disinfection chambers.
The small mattress for the newborn cannot have its insert removed (so as to prevent liquids from
permeating the small mattress for the newborn, it has been tightly sealed). This type of mattress
should be disinfected manually with the agents recommended in annex 2 to this instruction manual.
NOTE!
Use foil underlays for spots exposed to preparations applied during various
procedures. The contact with preparations for disinfecting patients may change
the structure of the upholstery material. It may also lead to its cracking.
To clean the upholstery fabrics, you may not use any agents whose ingredients
damage these fabrics' net structure (organic solvents – acetone, benzene, ethyl
alcohol in concentrations exceeding 30%, etc.)
UV radiation (e.g. solar radiation) may cause discoloration of the mattress insert.
The discoloration is a natural phenomenon which does not impair the mattress
parameters and does not constitute the grounds for making a complaint.

NOTE!
The central control panel (fig. 1, item 8c) and foot control pedal (fig. 1, item 8b)
enable the activation of the table movement after power supply failure (only a few
cycles, until the battery runs out). It is used for moving the table into a particular
position in emergency situations. However, do not overuse this function.
