In an example, we set our Slave unit to NET of 1. A net of 0 means that the Liquid Tracks is not an Active Slave
and is not on a network-‐ it is a stand-‐alone unit.
ALWAYS
assign as “MASTER” and a NET of 0 for
ANY
device that
is not using the Master/Slave system. That’s all you have to do to set up a basic slave unit.
Master Timing (Advanced)
Depending on Media, the MIDI network and other latency inducing issues in a live environment, there are times
when the default sync settings need modification. Usually this comes in the form of delay compensation. The
following two parameters should only be set/changed on the MASTER unit. All slave units should be set to 0.
The Slave Delay Compensation parameter sets the pre-‐trigger delay time. The Slave Trigger Compensation
parameter sets the post trigger delay time. These two advanced parameters are discussed in a separate
document available upon request by FAMC.
Add-‐On Module Configuration
if you currently have an installed add-‐on module inside the Liquid Tracks, any configurable parameters will
show up in this section. Please refer to the add-‐on module’s user guide for detailed explanation of the
parameters available.
Liquid Tracks Serial Number
You maybe required to provide your hardware serial number for service, support and/or software validation
purposes.
