18.5 Replacement of blower
1.
Pre-filter and mesh must be removed first before proceeding to the blower re-
placement instruction. Disconnect electrical connections as necessary to free the
blower.
2.
Remove the nuts, which clamp the blower. Pull out and lift the blower carefully.
3.
Replace the new blower by reversing the above steps.

18.6 Replacement of fluorescent lamp and UV lamp
18.6.1 Replacement of Fluorescent Lamp
•
Before changing the fluorescent bulbs, ensure that the clean bench is powered
down and disconnected from the electrical supply
•
Locate the bulbs
•
Remove the power clips at the ends of the bulbs by gently pulling while holding
the bulb steady
•
Remove the bulbs from the mounting clips and replace them with new ones
•
Replace the power clips on the ends of the new bulbs and ensure they are firmly
seated
•
Reconnect the clean bench to the electrical supply and test the bulbs for proper
operation
