Multi-zone ART Workstation User Manual Rev. 6.0

Press the MENU button. If the cabinet is in Maintenance Mode, no PIN will be
asked. If the cabinet is in Normal Mode, enter PIN 0009. Press the

▼

button until

the display sho

ws “FIELD CALIB”, then press SET.

•

The pointer will be at “AirFlow Calib”. Press

the SET button.

•

A “Read Manual” message is shown to discourage

an unauthorized person. Press

SET to continue.

•

Ensure that the Nominal Airflow Setpoint is 0.21 ± 0.02 m/s. The airflow volume

is blinking, indicating that it can be changed. Select your obtained Airflow using ▲
and ▼ buttons. Press the SET button to continue.

•

Wait for 3 minutes for the software to record this sensor ADC point. Do not change
Motor Duty Cycle or disrupt airflow/ sensor during this time.

•

After the 3-minute countdown has been completed, a beep will sound, and then

the display shows “CALIBRATION DONE”. The screen will go back to the MENU

options shown in Step 2.

•

Return the cabinet from Maintenance Mode to Normal Mode.

If the Calibration Error message is displayed, please ensure that airflow is

within ± 0.02 m/s from nominal and repeat the calibration.

18.4 Replacement of filter

Filter replacement

Remove the polycarbonate cover, which is held in position by screws M4 in front
and thumbscrews at the back.

Remove the airflow sensor, which is held in position by screws M4.

Remove the Hexagon Bold M8 screw and then the Clamp Filter. Carefully remove
