1.3.5 Special settings mode

Special demise mode is chosen by pushing the next switch in (three seconds) in the
time when error indicator blinks after the power supply is turned on with pushing paper
switch and roll paper switch.
NOTE: (*1) Not described in the User's manual.
1. Initialize EEPROM

NOTE: (*2)Printer start normal mode if switch isn't pushed while LED is
blinking for 3 second.
2. Reset the ink overflow counter in EEPROM
NOTE: (*2)Printer start normal mode if switch isn't pushed while LED is
blinking for 3 second.

Reset the ink overflow counter in EEPROM
The operation procedure
Turn the printer on with the Roll Paper SW
pressed.
Paper and Ink indicators light for one second.
Response
Paper indicator and ink
indicator starts blinking
(blink 2).
Release the Roll Paper SW.
Press the paper SW.

Special setting mode is
finished, and printer restarts.
The operation procedure
Turn the printer on with the Roll Paper SW and
Paper SW pressed.
Paper and Ink indicators light for two
seconds.
Response
Paper indicator and ink
indicator starts blinking
(blink 2).
Release the Roll Paper SW.
Press the Paper SW and keep it pressed.

Power, paper and ink
indicators are lighted.
(10 seconds later)
Special setting mode is
finished, and printer restarts.
