5.2.3 CR motor drive dispersion measurement sequence
This section describes how to perform CR motor drive dispersion measurement
sequence.Perform this operation under the following conditions:
1. C456 Main board has been replaced.
2. CR Motor has been replaced.
3. C456 PSB/PSE board has been replaced.
4. Carriage Guide Shaft has been replaced.
In previous models, the CR motor drive measurement sequence always required the
replacement of the CR shaft. In order to reduce the burden of having to do this, a CR
balance judgment value writing function has been included. This is a procedure that is
only carried out during servicing, and it does not require any adjustments to be carried
out for any models during the CR motor drive measurement sequence.
[When writing the CR balance judgment value]
1. Setup the adjustment program. Figure 5-3 Main screen appears.
(Refer to Section 5.2.1.)
2. Select "Adjustment" and then "CR Motor Drive Dispersion".
Main screen changes as below.

3. Select the main circuit board, CR motor or power supply circuit board (more than
one can be selected), and then click "OK". The following screen appears.

4. Click "OK". The CR balance judgement value is then written.

1. Setup the adjustment program. Figure 5-3 Main screen appears.

2. Select "Adjustment" and then "CR Motor Drive Dispersion".
3. Select either the main circuit board, CR motor or power supply circuit board and
also select the CR shaft, and then click "OK". The following screen appears.

4. Click "OK". The CR motor drive measurement sequence is then carried out.
