failed. It may be stuck.
Check if the button is jammed.

Light Curtain

The Light Curtain is
erroneously reporting that
it is blocked.
Check Light Curtain harnesses, especially
the ribbon cable that connects the two sides
of the light curtain (across the Sensor
Tunnel). Test it with the Diagnostic
Program (Ultra- 48 / Sensors)

6.3. VFD Status Messages
The Variable Speed Drive (
VFD
) in the
AC
Motor Control Box has a status display that may help
you diagnose electrical problems on the
FLEX
. The following is a list of useful status codes and
their meanings:
•
S T o P
(Stop) - The drive is healthy and in a stopped condition. The motor is not
energized. No enable signal is present to start the drive.
•
I . t – t r P
(I.t-trp) - Motor thermal overload protection trip. The
VFD
shut down
the
AC
motor in order to protect it from thermal overload. Check the
compactor for a jam. If nothing appears to be blocking the compactor,
