To prevent the batt ery from becom ing totally discharged during long periods of inact ivit y it m ust be
disconnect ed, fully charged and frost - proof st ored.
Please check regularly t hat t he rollers of the drive units are free of any dirt , or debris t hat m ay have been
picked up from t he road.
Regularly clean the drive units with a water hose to dissolve m ud et c.
Please check regularly t he distance between the rollers and the tyres. I n the neutral ( fully disengaged) posit ion
this m ust be about 20m m .
Once a year have your caravan m anoeuvring syst em m aint ained and visually inspected. This inspect ion m ust
include all t he bolt / nut connect ions, t he cables and electrical connect ions and lubricat ion of m ovable
part s/ j oint s.

TROUBLE SHOOTI N G
Should your m anoeuvring system fail t o operat e, please check t he following:
Unit fails t o operat e, does not funct ion at all:
Make sure t hat t he bat t ery power isolat ion swit ch ( 29) is t urned on.
Check the cable- connection between the caravan bat tery and the control unit.
Check the fuse ( 80A) in the red posit ive bat tery cable ( Fig. 6) . I f t he fuse is blown, it m ust be replaced wit h a
fuse of t he sam e value ( 80A) . Never “ bridge” t he fuse ( if needed contact your EN
D URO
®
supplier) . To replace the
fuse, first disconnect t he posit ive ( + ) power cable from t he batt ery. Than release the m ount ing screws that hold
the fuse ( Fig. 6A) , replace t he fuse ( Fig. 6B) , and finally tighten t he screws securely. Close t he housing of the
fuse and connect t he positive ( + ) power cable again to t he batt ery. The system is ready again for use.
Check t he bat t ery of t he rem ot e cont rol handset . I f em pt y, renew t he 9V bat t ery.
Caravan bat t ery could be em pt y. I f em pt y, recharge com plet ely or renew caravan bat t ery before t aking any
furt her act ion.
Caravan bat t ery could be overloaded. Check your charging equipm ent and try to discharge t he bat t ery by
connecting/ using a light or any other load. I f t his does not give any result, renew caravan bat t ery before t aking
any furt her act ion.
Check the dist ance between the rem ote control and the caravan is not m ore t han 5 m etres. I f there is no signal
between the rem ot e control handset and the control unit , t he m anoeuvring syst em will not funct ion at all and
the green LED on handset is blinking.
Check if there is any distortion signal ( ot her transm it ter, high power cables, Wifi et c.) t hat dist urbs a good
com m unicat ion between rem ote control handset and control unit . I f t here is no good com m unicat ion bet ween
t he cont rol unit and rem ot e cont rol handset , the m anoeuvring system will not funct ion and the green LED on
rem ot e cont rol handset will blink.
I n general, all error m essages will reset aut om at ically after one m inute. I f this is not the case, reset the
electronics of t he m anoeuvring syst em by swit ching off the m anoeuvring syst em via t he isolat ion swit ch and the
rem ot e cont rol handset for at least 15 seconds and t hen t urn t hem on again.
Unit fails t o operat e or m oves int erm it t ent ly:
Check t he bat t ery of t he rem ot e cont rol. I f em pty, renew t he 9V bat t ery.
Caravan bat t ery could be em pt y. I f em pt y, recharge com plet ely or renew caravan bat t ery before t aking any
furt her act ion.
Caravan bat t ery could be low - wit h t he rollers engaged. Check t he voltage drop on t he caravan bat t ery, if t his
drops well below 10 volts, charge or renew caravan bat t ery
Caravan bat t ery could be overloaded. Check your charging equipm ent and try to discharge t he bat t ery by
connect ing/ using a light or ot her load. I f t his does not give any result , renew caravan bat t ery before t aking any
furt her act ion.
