Troubleshooting
Zero not set!
Impossible to set the weight to zero.
To set the weight to zero, the platter/pan
of the scale should be empty. If it is still
impossible to set the weight to zero with
the empty platter/pan, contact the system
administrator.
Tare not set!
Tare weight or the total tare weight
value out of range (exceed Tare Max
Weight value indicated on the special
sticker under the display of the
scale).
Use tare of appropriate weight, or stop
multiple tare-out operations.
Can't set tare value!
Tare weight value has already been
entered manually or by weighing it
on the scale.
It is necessary to discard the tare weight
value entered by measuring it on the scale
or manually with numeric keys, in order to
call an item with a preset tare weight
(refer to paragraph 2.3 Entering Tare
Weight).
When entering tare weight with
numeric keys, zero tare weight value
was set.
Enter non-zero tare weight value with the
numeric keys.
Operation forbidden!
Returned to an attempt to override
item unit price, when this function is
disabled.
Contact the system administrator.
Returned to an attempt to save a
new item unit price to PLU, when this
function is disabled.
Returned to an attempt to print a GT
label in Grand Totals Mode, when this
function is disabled.
Invalid PLU number!
The entered PLU number is out of
range in this scale.
Enter a correct PLU number. Check with
the system administrator the PLU number
of the wanted item.
Returned to an attempt to call up an
item with a quick access key.
Quick access key is programmed to call up
a PLU with an invalid number. Contact the
system administrator.
Can't access PLU!
Impossible to get item data when
selecting it, or the error is returned
to an attempt to save item unit price
to PLU.
Contact the system administrator.
Empty PLU XXXXX
Returned to an attempt to call up a
PLU containing no data.
PLU with this number has not been
programmed in the database or has been
deleted. Contact the system administrator.
Item not found!
The item with the entered number
was not found when calling it up by
its code.
Contact the system administrator.
Invalid PLU data!
Some data of the called up PLU is out
of range.
Contact the system administrator.
Function failed!
Error occurred while executing a
function assigned to the pressed
quick access key.
Contact the system administrator.
