Message Error Type Description Troubleshooting
ADC error! R
The analogue-to-digital converter of
the weigh module is out of order.
Weighing is disabled. Operation
only in Non-weight Mode. Report
the error to the system
administrator.
Scale overloaded! R
The load on the platter/pan exceeds
Max, or the scale needs to be
calibrated.
The platter/pan should be empty
on power-up. Otherwise, remove
the load from the platter/pan. If
the display tag
ZERO would not
turn on, contact the system
administrator.
Weight not stable! R
The platter/pan of the scale is not
stable on power-up.
Make sure that the platter/pan is
properly installed and is not
influenced by any foreign objects or
strong air flows. If the display tag
ZERO would not turn on, contact
the system administrator.
Zero range error! R
There is load remaining on the
platter/pan; the scale needs to be
calibrated; possible weigh module
failure.
The platter/pan should be empty
on power-up. Otherwise, remove
the load from the platter/pan. If
the display tag
ZERO would not
turn on, contact the system
administrator.
Zero not set! R
There is load remaining on the
platter/pan; it is impossible to set the
weight value to zero.
The platter/pan should be empty
on power-up. Otherwise, remove
the load from the platter/pan. If

Error occurred while setting the weight
value to zero at power-up.
Contact the system administrator.
