fix it with the clamp. Arrows on the printer unit indicate the proper direction of winding the paper;
Print several labels to check if the printing and feeding is OK.
NOTE. If it is not required to strip labels from the liner, do not wind the paper around the take-up unit

and disable
the label stripping sensor. Contact the system administrator to have the label stripping sensor turned off.
Important!
Do not use sharp metal objects to fix any troubles with printing or feeding (for example, if fragments of
label or receipt paper are jammed in the printer). If necessary, clean the thermal head of the printer. Always unplug
the scale from the electric network, before cleaning the thermal head, and use a cleaning pen or spirit-based cleaning
solutions only! Before plugging the scale back into the electric network, make sure there is no cleaning solution left on
the thermal head! Failure to comply with the above requirements may cause thermal head damage!
