Troubleshooting
PLU not selected!
This error may occur in an attempt to
print a label.
This operation requires an item to be
selected first. Manually entered unit price
is disabled by the system administrator.
This error may occur in an attempt to
add a transaction to the GT memory.
Weight not stable!
May occur in an attempt to print a
label, when the weight is less than
Min.
To print a label, weight has to be stable
and be within the range between Min and
Max. Min and Max values are indicated on
the special sticker under the display.
Error XXX
The display shows the number of the
error.
Contact the system administrator.
Settings error XXX
The display shows the number of the
error.
Contact the system administrator.
No paper!
No paper in the printing mechanism.
Load a new paper roll, make sure the
paper is loaded properly (refer to
paragraph 1.7 Loading Paper in Printing
Mechanism).
No label found!
The printer failed to identify a label
on the paper.
Press the key
several times. Paper
should be fed by one label at a time. If the
scale returns the same error while feeding
label paper, check whether paper is
properly loaded and the printer slot is
clean (refer to paragraph 1.7 Loading
Paper in Printing Mechanism).
Printer head open!
The head of the printer is not closed.
Bring together the closing levers of the
thermal head until you hear a click (refer
to paragraph 1.7 Loading Paper in Printing
Mechanism). Press the key
for the
printer to identify the beginning of a label.
Remove the label!
The last printed label has not been
removed, or paper is not wound
around the take-up unit.
Remove the printed label. If it is required
to print labels without removing them
from the line (paper is not wound around
the take-up unit), contact the system
administrator.
Printer overheated!
The thermal head overheated while
printing.
If the thermal head has got overheated
because of continuous operation, let it
cool for several minutes. If it did not help,
contact the system administrator.
Empty label format!
The label format selected by the
system administrator, has zero
length.
Contact the system administrator.
RTC error!
Internal real-time clock failure.
Contact the system administrator. Label
printing and sales recording are disabled.
Date-time error!
System error.
Contact the system administrator.
Messages error!
System error.
Contact the system administrator.
Bar code error!
Error when generating a bar code
(fields lengths conflict of the selected
by the system administrator bar code
structure and the data used for
printing)
