Protocol management
In addition to the HACCP protocols for the expired cooking/baking and cleaning
programmes, other appliance analysis protocols for JOKER are available for the
last thirty days and can be downloaded to a USB stick. With the ProConnect
software, this data can be archived, printed or edited.

Protocol type
Description
HACCP
Shows the HACCP reports of the cooking, baking and
cleaning processes, sorted by day.
Consumption
Shows the consumption data of the logged cooking,
baking and cleaning processes, sorted by day.
Door
Shows how often the door has been opened and
closed.
Fault messages
Shows the occurring fault messages and warnings and
sorts them in order of occurrence.
