will appear and the value will be set to the minimum or maximum value after

Select the Rest time ( ) field in the
Manuelles Backen mit Beschwadung

The rest time value field is activated.
2.
Touch the rest time value field.
The rest time input screen appears.
The value field for entering seconds is active (light grey).
3.
Touch the respective field (h, min or sec) before entering (appears highlighted
in light grey). Enter/change the time (h:min:sec) exactly using the numeric
keypad or in steps of 1 min or 10 sec via the corresponding fields ( )/( ).
4.
Confirm your entry with ( ) or close with ( ).
