Manual cleaning with the hose-spray-nozzle module
Requirement
•
The cooked/baked goods have been removed.
•
Accessories (e.g. containers) have been removed.
Working steps
1.
Heat/cool cooking chamber to cleaning temperature (below 60°C).
2.
Open door after signal.
3.
Use the spray hose to remove coarse food and grease residues from the
cooking chamber.
4.
Spray the cooking chamber with a cleaner and water mixture using a
pressure pump atomizer (adhere to hygiene plan).
5.
Close the door.
6.
Leave the cleaner to act for 10 minutes.
7.
Open the door after the signal
8.
Thoroughly rinse out the cooking chamber with the hose with spray head.
9.
Close the door.
10.
Open the door and bring it into the locked position.
