INFORMATION:
During operation, only baking/cooking settings for a baking/cooking step which
is currently in progress or has not yet been started, can be changed.
Working steps
Touch the Ändern/Editieren (Change/edit) ( ) field.

The Manuelles Kochen/Manuelles Backen (Manual cooking/baking) screen
appears.
The cooking/baking programme continues to run.
Touch the value field to be changed for temperature, humidity,

humidification, core temperature, time, etc.
The value entry screen appears.
Enter/change the value for temperature/core temperature exactly to the

degree using the numeric keypad or in 5° steps via +/-.
Enter/change the humidification quantity exactly using the numeric keypad

or in 10ml steps via the +/- fields.
Enter/change the humidity value with the utmost accuracy using the numeric

keypad or in 1% steps using /-.
The value field for entering minutes is active (light grey). Touch the other

value fields (h or sec) before your entry (appears highlighted in light grey).
Enter/change the time (h:min:sec) exactly using the numeric keypad or in
steps of 1 h, 5 min or 10 sec via the corresponding /-.
Confirm your entry with ( ) or close with ( ).
7.
Return to the “Anzeige Betriebsart” (Operating Mode Display) screen.
Confirm your entry with ( ).
8.
The current programme is continued with the changed values.
INFORMATION:
Without confirmation of the changes and without further activity, the
programme will continue to run without any changes after a short time.
