Work procedures Adding baking step
INFORMATION:
•
A maximum of 20 baking steps can be defined for one programme.
•
Baking steps can be added in the Betriebsart (Backen) (Operating Mode,
Baking) screen or in the Schrittübersicht (Step Overview) screen.
Touch the Backschritt hinzufügen (Adding a baking step) ( ) field.

In the
Manuelles Backen (Manual Baking)
screen, the number of baking steps
is increased by one.
The temperature, baking/rest time and core temperature values can be
–
edited for all the listed baking steps.
2.
Make settings for values, additional functions, etc. and confirm.
Work procedures Changing baking step
Select the baking step to be changed in the
Schrittansicht (Step view)

screen.
The
Manuelles Backen (Manual baking)
screen appears.

Change and confirm settings for temperature, baking/rest time, core
temperature, additional functions, etc.
Work procedures Duplicating baking step
Select the baking step to be duplicated in the
Schrittansicht (Step View)

screen.
2.
Copying a step with field Backschritt Duplizieren (Baking step duplicate)

The duplicated baking step is placed at the end.
The number of baking steps is increased by value 1.

If necessary, change and confirm settings for temperature and cooking, rest
time/core temperature, additional functions etc. in the duplicated cooking
step.
Work procedures Deleting baking step
Select the baking step to be deleted.

Delete the step with the Backschritt Löschen (Delete backing step) ( )
field.
The selected baking step is deleted.
The number of baking steps is reduced by value 1.
