Working steps
Start semi-automatic cleaning.
1.
Heat/cool down cooking chamber to cleaning temperature (below 60°C).
2.
Open the door.
3.
Use the spray hose to remove coarse food and grease residues from the
cooking chamber.
4.
Close the door.
Reheat cooking chamber to 60°C.
5.
Open the door.
6.
Spray the cooking chamber with a cleaner and water mixture using a
pressure pump atomizer (adhere to hygiene plan).
7.
Close the door.
8.
Leave the cleaner to act for 10 minutes.
The steaming or humidification phase for the cooking chamber begins
(10 min).
9.
Open the door after the signal.
10.
Rinse out the cooking chamber with the hose with spray head.
11.
Close the door.
