1.

 

Touch the Halten (Hold) (   ) line. 
The screen to select an operating mode (

Dampf, Heißluft, Kombidampf 

(Steam, hot air, combi-cooking)

 appears. 

2.

 

Touch the desired line. 
The “Betriebsart mit Vorgabewerten” (Operating Mode with Default Values) 
screen appears. 

3.

 

Touch the value field for Temperatur (temperature), Feuchte (humidity) and 
Garzeit (cooking time) to be changed. 
The value entry screen appears. 

4.

 

Enter/change the Temperatur (Temperature) value exactly in degrees using 
the numeric keypad or in 5-degree steps via +/-. 
Enter/change the Feuchtewert (humidity value) with the utmost accuracy 
using the numeric keypad or in 1% steps via +/-. 
The value field for entering minutes is active (light grey). Touch the other 
value fields (h or sec) before your entry (appears highlighted in light grey). 
Enter/change the time (h:min:sec) exactly using the numeric keypad or in 
steps of 1 h, 1 min or 10 sec via +/-.
