The baking programme continues to run.

Touch the value field to be changed for temperature, humidification, core
temperature, time, etc.

Enter/change the value for temperature/core temperature exactly to the
degree using the numeric keypad or in 5°/1° steps via fields ( )/( ).
Enter/change the humidification quantity exactly in ml sing the numeric

keypad or in 10ml steps via the fields ( )/( ).
The value field for entering minutes is active (light grey). Touch the other

value fields (h or sec) before your entry (appears highlighted in light grey).
Enter/change the time (h:min:sec) exactly using the numeric keypad or in
steps of 1 h, 5 min or 10 sec via the corresponding fields ( )/( ).
6.
Confirm your entry with ( ) or close with ( ).
Return to the
Manuelles Backen (Manual Baking)
screen.
7.
Confirm your entry with ( ).
The current programme is continued with the changed values.
INFORMATION:
Without confirmation of the changes and without further activity, the
programme will continue to run without any changes after a short time.
