Soft
Cleaning for low dirt level, i. e. steaming,
baking or single loads with cooking temper-
atures lower than 200

Medium
Cleaning for medium dirt level, i.e. steaming,
baking or single loads with cooking temper-
atures lower than 200

Strong
Cleaning for medium-high dirt level with
roasted and grilling deposits
Extra Strong
Cleaning for high dirt level with heavy
roasted and grilling deposits from multiple
loads
Rinse
Rinsing with cold water
Cleaning time can vary from 10 minutes up to about 3 hours
depending on the complexity of the cycle and the on oven size.
The oven will display the duration of each cycle.
C - DETERGENTS area
• Touch “<“ or “>“ (forward / back) to select the detergent
type to use.
IMPORTANT
To ensure best cleaning results, as well as to
protect the oven with the cleaning programs, use
the detergents, rinse aid and descale agents
approved by Electrolux Professional, which
already comply with fluid category 3, as per
current regulations and legislation.
IMPORTANT
Use only original or recommended maintenance/
cleaning products. Cleaning agents being not
original or not recommended by Electrolux Pro-
fessional can seriously damage the appliance.
Damages caused by using different cleaning and
care products than those recommended by the
manufacturer are excluded from the warranty.
Wrong cleaning chemicals could leave behind
chemical residues in the cooking chamber and/or
create strong chemical reactions with severe
consequences inside the cavity, which in worse
cases may turn into explosion.

SOLID detergent
Open and empty the number of sachets indi-
cated on the display into the drain filter in the
centre bottom of the cavity;
IMPORTANT

cleaner: C22 Cleaning Tab (where
available) or C23 Cleaning Powder.
Alternative configuration
SOLID enzymatic detergent in sachets
Open and empty the number of sachets indi-
cated on the display into the drain filter in the
centre bottom of the cavity;

cleaner: C24 Enzymatic Powder (not
available for UK).
LIQUID detergent in containers (accessory, on
demand)
The optional accessory EXTERNAL CONNEC-
TION KIT FOR DETERGENT/RINSE AID is

cally use the right amount of chemicals
according to selected cycle.
