A pop-up window opens showing the image of the cycle
that will be done.

Some minutes before the oven cycle ending, precooling
cycle starts to prepare the blast chiller cavity for the food
just cooked.

Hood management
Once the hood is installed on the oven and enabled, the oven
display will show some pop-up windows to remind that the
hood maintenance is required after a period of working time.
This reminder can be skipped or, if the maintenance has been
done by the Service, confirmed.

The reminders appear only when the appliance is switched on
(or after 7 days of continuous operation). If a reminder is
skipped, it will reappear at next power on.
• It is possible to check how much time is left until the hood
maintenance:

Cleaning mode
“Cleaning“ function allows to clean the oven cavity automati-
cally choosing the most suitable programme.
IMPORTANT
To prevent material damage, injury or fatal acci-
dents remove any object (trays, accessories,...),
trolley excluded, from the oven cavity before the
washing cycle.
1. Touch the cleaning icon and select the required cycle;
FORCED COOLING
• If the cavity temperature is too high, the oven asks for
proceeding to a forced cooling before starting any washing
cycle.

• If you do not confirm it, the cleaning cycles are not available.
Press the button as shown in the figure to proceed with the
cooling down.
