Show selected

3. Once you have selected a series of cooking processes:

• Touch

icon to confirm them; the list of the selected

cooking processes opens up;

• Touch

icon to start the optimization;

4. When the oven has optimized the sequence, press

button to start the execution;

The oven starts the preheating. When the last cooking is
performed an estimation of consumption reduction is
displayed.

Saving a list

• Open the lower drawer;
• Select Save list;
• Type the new name;

If the name of the new list already exists, a popup window
appears to ask for overwriting or renaming it.

Modifying a list order

• Touch the three dots of the row correspondent to the

cooking to be moved;

• Touch

to move the item;

A pop up message informs that this change cannot be
saved.

• All the remaining rows appear highlighted. Touch the row

position where you want to move the cooking.

• To recover the initial list open the lower drawer and touch

Restore list.

Deleting an item list

• Touch the three dots of the row correspondent to the

cooking to be deleted;
A pop up message informs that this change cannot be
saved.

• Touch

icon to delete the item;

To recover the initial list open the lower drawer and touch
(Restore list).

• The list cannot be optimized again. Touch

button to start

the execution;

SkyDuo/Match mode (depending on
your model - optional)

This option can be activated on demand. It works with a Wi-Fi
or Ethernet connection, installed by an authorized technician
and allows you to connect the oven and a blast chiller.

IMPORTANT

Make sure you have the SkyDuo/Match option
activated in both appliances. Only an authorized
technician can install and activate the SkyDuo/
Match option.

When the SkyDuo/Match icons

are green in both

appliances (see figure below), the connection works properly.
