Message Meaning
Arrow-shaped segments (Figure 2.6)
No external power supply is connected. The power supply is internal accu-
mulator. Arrow-shaped segments indicates the status of internal accumulator
charge.
ERROR 24 Add on or discount amount limit over. Check the system flags.
ERROR 27 Add on or discount to negative amount disabled.
ERROR 20 Add on or discount to returnable packs disabled.
AMOUNT DUE Information about amount that has to be paid for sale finish.
CODE EXIST Bar code is assigned to another PLU.
CODE SORT. ECR sorts programmed bar codes.
CONTINUE ECR is ready to continue on sale.
ERROR 21 Incorrect date entry.
ERROR 23 Incorrect date entry.
ERROR 25 Second system flag disables sale with more decimal places.
ERROR 26 Sale through this DPT is forbidden.
DUPL.RECP. The printing of duplicate of last receipt.
ECR -- PC The communication between ECR and PC is running.
WAS REP. No sale from daily (total) report execution.
ENTER CODE Unblocking programming mode can be done only by entry of service code.
ERROR 15 Enforced entry of customer cash before sale finishing.
ERROR 01 Unexpected entry. Incorrect sequence of keys pressed.

Maximum count of PLU in a sale has been reached (100), or maximum count
of lines in one receipt has been reached.
FLAG ERROR Incorrect flag entry.
ERROR 11 Operation of bottles not can be performed.
ERROR 30
Grandtotals reached the maximum amount. Execute daily (total) and periodical
report. Call your service technician.
ERROR 31 Performed operation caused negative Grandtotal.
Head warm
Information on the thermal head overheat. Wait a moment until normal con-
dition returns.
Head up The thermal head is in an up position. Move it down to enable printing.
ERROR 33 Access is not possible to this Euro phase.
-EPROM- Call for service!
ERROR 32 This way of payment is not possible.
ILLEGAL TAX RECEIPT Receipt data has not been counted to ECR financial data. Illegal receipt.
INVALID RECEIPT Receipt data is not counted to ECR financial data.
ERROR 29 Stock amount reached max. 999 999,999.
ERROR 06 Multiplication reached max. amount 10 000.
