Monitor Jet 

This groups together the ink and solvent control parameters on a single screen. The parameters are 

displayed only; they cannot be changed by the user. 

Pressure 

The pressure currently set on the pressure DAC (same as Set Pressure) 

VOD 

The most perfect VOD value should equivalent to the Ref VOD. It will not influence the printing 

quality if the VOD is near the Ref VOD. 

NOTE: The warning “No VOD readings” will be displayed on the status line when a valid VOD 

has not been obtained for 15 minutes. The warning will be redisplayed every 15 minutes while no 

VOD readings as obtained. 

Modulation 

The current modulation voltage. 

Phase 

The system will load the phase automatically when it is On. And unload when Off. 

Add Solvent 

When Press (Set Pressure) exceeds this value, solvent will be automatically added by the printer. 

Ref. VOD 

The reference VOD as input with the printhead code. 

Ref. MOD 

The reference modulation determined by the last print head calibration or set by the user (same as 

Ref Modulation in the SETUP menu). 

Read Press 

The current read pressure being measured by the pressure transducer. This will normally be the 2-3 

of the Press (Set Pressure).
