Personnel who shall install, maintain or repair this equipment must read the safety
information below before starting work.
Definitions and symbols
WArnInG
Indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, can result in
serious injury or death.
CAutIon
Indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, can result in
minor to moderate injury, or serious damage to the product.
General Safety Precautions

this equipment is defined as Class 1 in En 62368-1:2014 and must be EArtHEd.
WArnInG
this equipment is intended for continuous operation and as such should be
permanently connected to the mains supply. this unit does not contain an
external mains switch. Each compact unit requires a 3A fused connection unit,
returning to a breaker clearly marked EVCS do not turn oFF.

Voltages in excess of 30V rmS AC or 50V dC are considered Hazardous and
in certain circumstances can be lethal. this product contains wiring and
terminations that are energized to 230V rmS AC mains. Before attempting to
remove this component, ensure the mains power Supply and Battery Backup
have been disconnected.

no user serviceable parts. testing, maintenance or repair with mains power
(and/or battery) connected should only be undertaken by personnel who are
trained and have taken adequate precautions.
