11. Commissioning
uSEr Lockout
User account will be locked after N un-successful login attempts. The value of N
(from 1 to 10) can be selected while configuring the system. Default value of N is 5.
User would be locked out of the system for 10 minutes.
Steps to configure login attempts:
1. Login as ‘
EnGInEEr 2
’.
2. Go to option ‘
manage users
’. Press
‘Accept
’ .
3. Go to option ‘
max Login Attempts
’
4. Select the number. Range 1 – 10.
pIn recovery
In the situation where the ‘
EnGInEEr 2
’ access profile PIN number has been
forgotten or lost, the PIN can be recovered by using below steps.
1. Press the LCD navigation keys simultaneously -
BACK, up, doWn, ACCEpt
2. This would provide access to a separate menu.
3. Call customer help center. Provide displayed code to customer care.
4. Customer help center will provide PIN to be entered into the system.
5. This would unlock the ‘
EnGInEEr 2
’ profile and would allow setting a new PIN.
