First aid measures
Accidental contact
In case of hazardous quantities of electrolyte release,
smoke, or fire, disconnect the battery if possible, leave
the battery area, and contact fire brigade.
Eye or skin contact
Remove contaminated clothing. If one or more
substances of the battery system has been in contact
with skin or eyes, rinse the affected areas thoroughly
for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention
immediately.
Swallowing
Rinse out the mouth and around the mouth with water.
Seek medical attention immediately.
Respiratory tract
If there is an intensive smoke build-up or release of
gas, leave the area immediately. Smoke and gases
irritate the respiratory tract. Seek medical attention
immediately.
Burns
Cool the burned area and cover it with a sterile wound
dressing. Seek medical attention immediately.
Electric shock
Seek medical attention immediately.
