Item Description
IP Address -
Type the IP address if Static IP is selected as
the Mode for IPTV WAN application.
Subnet Mask -
Type the subnet mask if Static IP is selected
as the Mode for IPTV WAN application.
MTU
It means Max Transmit Unit for packet. The default
setting is 1442.
WAN Connection
Detection
Such function allows you to verify whether network
connection is alive or not through Ping Detect.
Mode
– Choose
None
or
Ping Detect
for the system to
execute for WAN detection.
Ping IP
– If you choose Ping Detect as detection mode, you
have to type IP address in this field for pinging.
TTL (Time to Live)
– Displays value for your reference.
TTL value is set by telnet command.
WAN Physical Type
Specify the data transmitting rate for such mode.
MAC Address Clone
MAC Address
Clone
is available when the box of
Enable
is
checked. The router will detect the MAC address
automatically. The result will be displayed in the field of
MAC Address.
After finishing all the settings here, please click
OK
to activate them.
