There are 2 LAG port redundancy roles used with
this command:
• Master: The VRRP router connected to this port
must be configured as the Master virtual router on
this LAG’s IP interface.
• Backup: The VRRP router connected to this port
must be configured as the Backup virtual router on
this LAGs IP interface.
In this sample configuration, the user adds the
following ports:
• GigE/4/1 - Master
• GigE/4/2 - Backup
• GigE/6/1 - Master
• GigeE/6/2 - Backup
