Installing Ethernet ROM
Note
If the same unique Ethernet address is not required, for
example, for a standalone system, then do not install the
Ethernet ROM. Consult with the customer.
Install the
Ethernet ROM
To install the Ethernet ROM in the new KA49 system module,
complete the following steps:

Remove the Ethernet ROM from the KA49 system module
and install it in the old KA46 system module.

Take the Ethernet ROM that was placed on the antistatic
mat from the old KA46 system module and install it in
the new KA49 system module.
