Returns the contents of the receive buffer. Reading the data from this register in 
the clocked serial mode automatically causes the receiver to start a byte-receive 
operation, eliminating the need for software to issue the start-receive command.

Write

Loads the transmit buffer with an address byte, marked with a “zero” address bit, 
for transmission. Writing the data to this register in the clocked serial mode 
causes the transmitter to start a byte-transmit operation, eliminating the need for 
the software to issue the start-transmit command.
