Diverting calls

Call diversion
It is possible to divert all calls directed to any of your INTERNAL/EXTERNAL keys
together
(device diversion)
to another number. A fixed diversion destination configured by the service department cannot be modified
by you.

Call up the menu

and enter the code numbers,
or press the programmed key.

If variable call diversion is enabled, de-
lete the existing entry, if necessary, by
pressing the
E
key, then enter the destination:
Internal destination: enter the 2-digit or 3-digit telephone number,
External destination: call up the central or individual short code dialling store as described in the chapter
"Short input codes" (cf. page E-2) and then enter the memory position for the number of
the desired destination. If the codes for the short code dialling store begin with * or #,
press the
R
key. Then dial

You can also select “automatic switch-over”. If the facility was enabled, it is
now disabled and vice versa. Or change the default setting ...
