Configuring call keys

Delegation in a
team
If your telephone is configured as a team terminal, you can delegate calls received on your own
INTERNAL/EXTERNAL keys to other team members. Any calls made to your telephone number(s) will only
be signalled visually on your telephone, your deputy will receive a visual and acoustic ring signal on his/her
MULTIPLE key. The deputy function can be disabled (reset) on either of the telephones involved. Delegation
of calls to a deputy is only possible if the respective team member has enabled this function on his/her
telephone (cf. page C-29).
