keys
Linking several
facilities
You can assign several facilities to one single free key on your telephone. There are two ways to do this: You
can “stack” facilities on MULTIFUNCTION keys (cf. page D-10) or you can “link” the facilities. Linked
facilities are programmed sequentially so that when the respective key is pressed, all the facilities are carried
out one after the other. If the facilities have been programmed with ”automatic switch-over“, the function is
switched on or off, respectively, each time the key is pressed.
Please note: You should not “link” more than three facilities, otherwise you may require more memory
than is available for your telephone.
To start programming:

Call up service menu, press the desired key and, if required, clear
previously stored number.
Program first facility
In each case press the
R
key to start programming FUNCTION.
Program second facility
Now enter the numbers and other entries for the respective facility as shown
in the fields marked by a grey background in the service procedure
descriptions.
When doing so, follow the examples given on pages D-3 onwards!
Always conclude these entries by pressing the
A
key. The entry is shown in
abbreviated form.
