The INTERNAL/EXTERNAL or MULTIPLE key is free
This symbol appears when a call with ring signalling is received on the line
to the respective call key. On the display, you see the telephone number or
the name or the line (internal/external) of the caller. To answer this call, lift the
handset.
This symbol appears for the second, third call etc. when severall calls are
received at the same time. You can answer these calls by simply pressing the
key. No additional information appears in the display. This symbol also
appears when calls are received on the MULTIPLE/PARTNER or TEAM keys, if
the call signal for this key is not activated.
This shows you the key for the line on which you are currently calling.
If you switch your telephone over to the operating mode ”Programming in the
service menu“ while you are making a call (e.g. to change the volume of the
loudspeaker), the occupied call key is marked by this symbol.
This symbol appears when you have to access MULTIPLE/PARTNER or TEAM
keys and the respective line is already occupied.
