interface ethernet

The 

interface ethernet 

global configuration command enters the interface configuration mode to 

configure an Ethernet type interface.

Syntax

This command has no default configuration.

global configuration command enters the interface configuration 

mode to configure multiple Ethernet type interfaces.

List of valid ports to add. Separate non consecutive ports with a comma and 

no spaces; a hyphen is used to designate a range of ports.
