User Guidelines

Use the 

sntp client enable

 interface configuration command to enable SNTP clients on a 

specific interface.

Examples

The following example enables Broadcast clients.

sntp anycast client enable

The 

sntp anycast client enable 

global configuration command enables Simple Network Time 

Protocol (SNTP) Anycast clients. To disable SNTP Anycast clients, use the 

no

 form of this 

command.

Syntax

sntp anycast client enable

no sntp anycast client enable

Default Configuration

SNTP Anycast clients are disabled.

User Guidelines

Polling time is determined by the 

sntp client poll timer

 global configuration command.
